Seeking Council

Carvireth's teeth had sunk into her lip, nervously.   Walking toward Lord Elrond's study, what was she doing? She was known to him in Imladris, and he had respected her.  But what time could have possible have for an elf of her liking?  Suddenly, the door had opened, thinking it may had been her Master, her body had trembled for it would be rather embarrassing for him to find her, waiting outside his study looking like a lost puppy.

Luckily, it was not whom she had thought it to be, it was that of an Elf-sire in which seemed to be a guard.   The Elf-sire had looked at Carvireth with a quirked brow "Goodness, Mellon you look as if you had seen a spirit!"   He shook his head "What troubles you so?"

Carvireth had given a sheepish smile "Nae.. no spirit, I was seeking the council of M'lord Elrond."

The Elf-sire again looked at her, but this time he had let out a kindly laugh. "Ah, M'lady, do not fear our Lord, he may be wary amongst many, but not that of our own people."

Carvireth had given another sheepish smile "I.. understand."  This elf, he had seemed familiar, he even looked like her.  Exactly like her, but she was never told of any relatives beyond herself and her parents that were long deceased.

Sucking in her breath she had dared to ask his name "Who are you if I may ask?"

The elf had smiled softly "With time you will know, with time, but not now."

Carvireth had looked at him in bewilderment.

Stepping away, and deciding she would seek council later, this had now fell on her mind.

What was so familiar about him? She had asked herself once more.

Walking back to the Balcony, she could feel the Elf's kind eyes gazing at her once more.
