Aellwenn had groveled at her Father's feet "No papa please give me another chance, I was curious!" Lord Eomund Estellin, looked down at his daughter with fury. "You have broken my rules and are a disgrace to this family!" Something hard, and cold as a steel blade had hit her face and her heart even harder. Her Father struck her. "I had strictly forbidden you time and again not to go beyond the city gates, you are not capable you were to stay within Edoras so I could find you a proper suitor!" Lord Eomund's voice had echoed throughout his dim quarters . Aellwenn sobbing "Daddy please, you would be merciful toward Aldway if she were in this position, why am I not enough for you?" Lord Eomund had struck her again "Your sister shows me respect unlike you, all you have ever cared for is your dreams and not enough about what your Father could do to plan your future!"
Lord Eomund had grown a bitter man, and cared more and more about how his family was presented in public. Addicted to appearance and arrogance was his downfall.
Aellwenn trembled, as she sat on the ground rubbing her cheek that was struck yet again.
Her Father then let out another piercing shout "Depart from me I do not know you, unto the wilderness you go, until you bring back my honor, you will be a stranger." With a forceful push he sends Aellwenn out the door, where the guards of her estate waiting to escort her, Eofare amongst them.
