Let's all meet
Up in Waymeet
With walking shoes upon our feet
On the fires we'll bake some pies
And with bellies full, we'll wave goodbye
To the burrows
In Tuckborough
We'll tread a very happy furrow
In Great Smials we'll read some books
Great Legends of the family Took
Let's hop along
To Hobbiton
And stay there 'til the sun is gone
Dipping our toes in the cool stream
By the party tree we'll sit and dream
Make our way down
To Bywater Town
To the Green Dragon, drinks all round!
We'll tell some tales, play some tunes
And set off again under a full moon
Then march on
To Frogmorton
Wrapped up warm with our cloaks on
Through misty marsh we'll quickly step
Trying not to get our cloaks all wet
Soon we'll call
In to Woodhall
And sit under trees where birds do call
We'll chase off Brigands from the lane
And make sure they don't come back again
We're sure to stop
In the town of Stock
We'll all dance there around the clock
As minstrels play in the band stand
We'll tap our feet and clap our hands
Cross the ford
To Budgeford
And try to think of rhyming words
We'll chase the wolves off with a shield
And have a picnic in the fields
Make a bearing
To Brockenborings
Around the statue we'll form a ring
We'll all roar out like Bandobras Took
All passing hobbits will stop and look
And then we will
Go to Overhill
We'll linger where the air is still
We'll spend the day walking in the trees
Singing and dancing as we please
And next we go
To Needlehole
It is far out west, long way to go!
Through Rushock bog we'll walk all day
We'll meet some dwarves along the way
Let's dive in
To Little Delving
And catch some fish with bits of string
We can sit and watch the evening sun
A lovely place to have some fun
March and sing
To Michel Delving
Our adventure is now sadly ending
In the Bird and Baby, by the fire
We'll drink and celebrate the Shire!
