I have met the woman who was rumored to be courting Hardoleth. I have been told to find out as much as I can about her, even though Hardoleth may already know a lot.
A noblewoman from Gondor, she goes by the name of Lady Thorongial. She is not very fond of noble life, and wish to become a commoner. She came to Bree, possibly to escape such a life, but she has started a house of healing here. Her goal is to help the people of the town by healing wounds. She has stated that she does not care who she heals, and will be assisting everyone despite their crimes. (This may either be a boon or an issue, depending on who you are.)
I have not gained any information on rivals of this House, nor of any possible feuds. (My speculation, based on the goals of Lady Thorongial, is that she wishes to have good relations with everyone.) However, simply helping all those she can would likely have earned this House a few enemies.
