Background
After the fall of Thorin's Halls to the Longbeards, Lord Hradic Dourbeard was dispatched by King Skorgrim to reunite the Dourhands of Ered Luin under a single banner and take back the lands they had lost. Upon returning and finding his forces in an even worse state than expected, Lord Hradic immediately set to work to remedy the situation, seeking allies and raiding nearby goblin tribes to acquire slaves. He also sent word back to King Skorgrim of the situation, and King Skorgrim requested aid of Angmar. The result: an Angmarim delegation was sent to the Dourhands, primarily to provide 'advice' to their lord.
More Dourhands are urgently needed by the army, as Lord Hradic envisions all-out war with the Longbeards who thrust themselves so unceremoniously into the lands of his people. Mercenaries, brigands, and part-orcs are also welcome. Goblins ((a form of hobbit rp)) are often acquired through slave raids, and the demand for them remains high.
The kinship is roughly divided up into two sections: Dourhands (dwarves and men) and Goblins (the Overseer and his goblin minions.) Each section has tasks that it must perform to aid the war effort, and some tasks can be done in unison with other divisions of the army.
Long live King Skorgrim Dourhand!
((Note: The Angmarim delegation sent to aid Lord Hradic is now a separate kinship, the http://laurelinarchives.org/node/16968|Malkog-Zaduk.))((More information is available on our website, thedourhands.shivtr.com))

((We are still around in-game, but such a small percentage of the kinship is currently active that I am declaring the kinship inactive at this point--in part because I cannot run it on my own. Hopefully, we will be able to change this at some point in the future. --Lord Glirmud, son of Lord Hradic Dourbeard.))
