Event details:
As the year is coming to an end, the master of Celondim has sent for Elves across the land to gather together in the spirit of memorizing the soon to be gone year and welcoming the next.
The proximity of several wineyards allows the serving of finest quality drinks, and Elven cooks will prepare the tastiest meals east of the Sea.
Participants are encouraged to bring their harps and flutes lutes with them to crown the night with sweet tunes.

I have no idea what you're talking about... ah, you refer to the Mannish custom! Nay, this spring day has traditionally marked the change of an Elven year.
As this is an event of Elvish custom, only Elf characters are encouraged to arrive. Of course, out of hospitality the Elves might welcome the odd traveler or studier of Elven traditions, but it is strongly advised to bring your Elf character or to create one for this event.
Politeness and common courtesy are wished, and it is hoped that to this peaceful gathering weapons are not brought.
