Background
The dwarf you see before you hasn't a very interesting tale, but what a waste of a tale that would be should he not tell it.
During his youth, Alyso looked after his grandfather. He was a quick learner and showed promise with the axe. His grandfather quickly saw the path Alyso would soon walk and decided to teach him the basics of combat. After years of hard-work and training, his grandfather thought him ready for combat. Alyso's father, however, had different plans. Alyso would have to look after his elder while his father fought. Alyso expressed anger towards his father for this, hurtful words were said before his father left.
His adventure begins shortly after the battle of five armies, Alyso and his grandfather thought the worst, recieving no news of his fathers demise or victory. Alyso decided that he would be the one to discover his fathers fate. That search has led him across Eriador, he heard a rumor that his father was headed to Moria, though what for or why our hero is not too sure, but that's the first lead he has recieved in 15 years and he is determined to find out what happened.
Alyso may seem quite timid or silent at times, this however is self-punishment for his inability to forgive himself for what he said to his father. Deep inside is a heart burning with determination and roaring with rage, and he doesn't refrain from showing this to allies or enemies.
