Silver-haired, grey eyed and -  by his own admission -  as fine an elf as has ever graced the halls of Arda.

Alqualinde delights in the shaping of stone and the creation of wonderous architecture. Rarely still as his fine intellect and burning curiousity propel him for one artistic creation ... to his next experiment in light and form ... to a quest for the perfect rock or stone for his latest work.

He is as likely to be found singing for his sister in Celondim as he is overseeing the maintenance - and improvement- of the quays of Mithlond, delving in deep quarries with dwarves, or striding along high mountaintops bow in hand, enjoying the hunt.

Caught in his own exuberant dance with the world, trusting to the faithfulness and abilities of his own race to overcome evil, he is a jovial, expansive presence, and carries himself as he ever has done though the ages of the world.

The flame within him has yet to succumb to the pervasive sorrow, weariness or fears of many of the eldar around him.
