Quinelle was found on the doorsteps to old Mr. Evergreen's house in Archet a cold day in September a little over 19 years ago. Not knowing from where she had shown up, or who she belonged to, Mr. Evergreen took her in and began searching for the child's parents, without any luck. Mr. Evergreen, a man that mostly kept to himself and did not like the interferrence of others, grew fond of the child and named her Quinelle, after a horse he once owned as a young man. Years passed and Quinelle showed to have a great mind, intelligent and curious, and thus, Evergreen began to teach her of lore and in the understanding of nature, much to the pleasure of Quinelle. Unlike her adoptive father, Quinelle liked to spend time with people in the town, helping them out, were they in need of a hand and was always seen with a smile on her face. She came to have many a friend and she got to be known as "Quinnie", only her father still called her by her proper name. At the age of 15, as Quinnie was out walking in the woods, she found a crow lying on the ground, with a large wound on his right wing. She took it home and nursed it and the bird became better once more. When trying to set him out in the free, he always seemed to return to her and so he became a companion, one she found a best friend in, naming him Quentin. He has been by her side ever since. After Archet was burnt down, Quinnie found herself to be a homeless orphan once more, as her father was murdered by the brigands and their house burnt down to the ground. After days of mourning the loss of her father, she had an epiphany in the shape of a woman, asking for help to find her husband who had gone missing. Quinnie was not late to lend a hand in the search and the man was found wounded, but safe after two days. After that, Quinnie discovered her true calling, to lend a hand to those in need, be it a big thing or a small, with Quentin by her side to aid her.
