Akelay was born and raised in Needlehole. Her mother was a born Chubb, and her aunt Iris lives there still. Her father's family, the Shrublands, were dwelling somewhere on the other side of the Brandywine Bridge, which is considered a strange thing by all Shire hobbits, but an outrage by the hobbits of Needlehole. For a long time Akelay thought that this was the reason why her father never warmed up to them, and left his wife and little daughter many years ago. In the meantime, she has found her father who told her his real story. On a spooky autumn day, she married her Adrean and has the name Rumblebelly since.
