Asudrom,

A dwarf easily recognised by the jewellery attached to his well-attended beard. His eyes are like dark pools, filled with merrit just like the halls he hails from. He has a rather big nose, poking in every room (or someone's business at times). He favours to scent and oil his hair, but if it has any practical use to it is unknown. Furthermore he is rather broad for a dwarf with a belly hinting that he's been living the good life.

From his face can be read that he enjoys a good jest in time, preferably when he is having a smoke or a drink. Neither his pipe nor a tankard being far away if ever he is in a tavern, but he does not share the boisterous carousing that some of the younger dwarves tend to favor as a pastime.

And this would be a short description of how he looks and appears.

Background

Not unlike usual among dwarves, he's not one eager to speak of his background in general, though he tends to slip a few lines of his past on occasion.

Things known about him are that he hails from Erebor, where apparantly he has a business with the men of Dale regarding foodstocking and overseeing the fields and when winter would strike and the fields be left unattended he would vanish in his crafthall for days on end.

What became more obvious of late is that he has sworn an oath to Duin, son of Munin, son of Frerin, the master of dwarves of Durin's guard. He's seen on occasion in his armor, coated with a blue vestment, usually accompanied by many of his friends, whom sometimes are hobbits as sure as dwarves, some even may have heard the rumor that he once met a group of riders from the south, living north of the White Mountain ranges.

--

Long has been Asudrom's journey. He has donned the cloak of Duinn's heir, granted to him under the secret rites of the dwarves. And he has not retired for the rich dwarf's life, as he leads with a great eagerness both in battle or the household, or so he likes to believe. He is no longer the same dwarf he was a few months earlier, as much responsibility is laid upon him, thus he has been seeking friendship with the Elves of the havens, or Loth I lonnath in their own tongue.

--

He has seen many horrid things along with his dwarves and the weight of the fates that rest in his hands do not go unnoticed to him as his entire manner has become more tempered and considerate as it used to be towards those he meets. Many efforts have been taken against the shadow, and must be taken still before this war is done and Asudrom will have no need to worry that under his lord's rule he, his dwarves along with their allies didn't do their part!

--

The mantle of leadership has been passed to another capable dwarf and Asudrom himself once more has taken to adventuring and trade. His experiences both for better and worse have made him more calm and thoughtfull. He is accomplished beyond anything he could ever have expected, but the adventures have not yet ended!
