His memories go back in time whilst Celegorm and Curufin were still dwelling within the realm of Finrod. Together with Celegorm retainers he got expelled from Nargothrond by Orodreth's order and wandered within Beleriand, later he took part in the Sack of Doriath. It can easily be said that the folk of Imladris weren't sad to see him leaving. He was riding to east and seemed devastated by the account of witnesses around the moors.
