One could say Szilla grew into the work on the family farm, helping with the flowers and the markets as soon as she was able. As most Hobbits she does quite enjoy her daily work and does not mind the busy days from spring to autumn at all.
In her free time she can mostly be found outside with a book (or two). She quite admires the Elves and sometimes hopes she might get a glimpse of them in the woods when they journey to the havens, but she would never dare to approach any of them.

Szilla enjoys adventures - but only on paper! She loves the Shire and would not leave it if it can be helped (unless if she is needed at the market in Bree where her father goes a few times a year). 
Szilla is learning how to play the flute but she is a beginner and sometimes cannot help making sounds like a dying cat with it (as her brother likes to describe it). She is also a beginning story writer and poet. While her ideas are often described as moving or inspiring, they are also recognisably not an expert's work. Szilla loves to write for fun, she loves to speak about it with others, but she is not interested in spending hours of learning the theory behind it and will quickly get irritated or bored when talk comes to that.
Her favourite style of poetry is free verse, although she has sometimes tried her hand at rhyming if the first few rhymes happened naturally. The most important thing for her in any written thing she is engaging with is that it is emotionally moving and has the potential to transport her to another world in her mind (or to the Shire in its whole beauty).

While Szilla loves a good laugh, a meal with friends and a night at the Green Dragon as much as any other Hobbit, she is not overly interested in quick, superficial contacts and is rather looking for friends to dream with, to write stories with or to just sit by the river with.

OOC: RP is always welcome if I'm in the Shire. Outside the Shire I am OOC and will either not engage in RP or not count that RP as part of Szilla's timeline and story.
