| Outward Appearance | Thangtan is rather small and scrawny for a dwarf, due to his nature of burrowing away with books and never doing a day of hard labour in his life. He tries to hide how small he is with ill-fitting, loose robes, though if anything, it just draws emphasis to that.. His face and hands remain soft, both can be seen smudged with charcoal and ink at most times. He keeps his beard a bit on the short side and neatly trimmed and well groomed. His pride of his appearance is his long, once golden hair, now mixed with silver. If his hair is not tied or braided back, it would fall down to his waist in soft waves. Very seldom do his gentle green eyes show anger. His pale complexion is untainted from scars or blemishes, even in his age. He is easy to startle and incredibly shy at first, though once he gets to know someone, he could be described as very clingy, loud and even crass. |

Background
Thangtan does not know much about his background, so he does not share it.
He was the result of two merchants meeting and eloping off around Middle Earth together, dragging their children along. He wasn't much interested in protecting the caravan when on the road, so he was often driving it and cooking meals. He knows next to nothing about his family background except his mother is from Erebor and his father from the Blue Mountains.
