I'm small and grey and quiet. Maybe I fade into the background but I don't mind. I like so many things about the world, the woods and mountains and the seas, rabbits and foxes, and watching stars high above.

It makes me a little sad to think that the Elves of Lindon too will diminish in time and we'll all sail away. What is there in the West for me, when everything I love is here?

I'll take my harp out and play a little tune under a birch tree in the twilight of the evening. I will meet my brothers soon again, and all will be well.
