| Outward Appearance | Corrus Noakes is a young Hobbit. He is rather short, even for a Hobbit (2'11'', though he claims he's an inch taller), with brown hair and quick, inquisitive brown eyes that look a bit too big for his face. He has a small, round face, with a slightly upturned nose. He wears a long, brown coat and a pointed sun hat of Shire-origin. The hat resembles that of a certain wandering Wizard... In the hat's strap is a smoking-pipe, also of Shire-origin. |

Background
Corrus Noakes grew up dirt poor in the Shire. Born to two humble Hobbit-farmers in Woodhall, he was fascinated by Gandalf's fireworks and magic tricks at Bilbo Baggins' 111th birthday. Though he was only a small Hobbit-lad then, from then on, he wished to learn magic. He read nearly every book in the Great Smials, but learned nothing of magic from them. So, at the age of twenty, he has set out from home to find Gandalf, the one person he believes can teach him magic.
At the advice of the Elf Cesistya, he undertook a journey to the Grey Havens, to learn from the Elves there. He ended up in Duillond, and became no closer to learning the whereabouts of Gandalf, but did learn a few words in Sindarin.
He has traveled to Rivendell, and currently resides there as a guest of the Elves.
