| Outward Appearance | Normally seen in town wearing a clean white shirt with black pants. However, outside of town, he dresses in a robe clad in the colours of green and brown resembling the forest. Draped around him is an old worn cloak resembling the same green as the robe. Adorned with a bow upon his back and sword at his side, he looks to be one of the woods, his abilities as a trapper are well known to those around him. His weathered face, and grey eyes are his most noticeable features. Standing taller than most men of the North, he bears only one ornamentation that he holds close. A silver rayed star in the shape of the Star of Eärendil, otherwise known as the Mariner's star, remains pinned to his shoulder as a brooch and serves to him as a reminder of what he holds dear. |

Background
Ask and ye shall find out.
"You have never heard of the Rangers? Tall, grim, clad in the garb of woodmen? They say that they are the Watchers of the Wild. On who's errand, or what purpose, none know. They say that they can speak to animals. That they know all the languages of beasts and birds, and their hearing and sight is beyond that of us. I do not know how much of that is tall tales, but Archer seems to me all of those things. Did you not notice the brooch upon his breast?"..."I'd pondered it for many nights. A star, who's origins I didn't know. But then there was a night that I was restless. I heard low singing. Archer was singing a ballad about The Mariner of the West. I've already learned it from him. Perhaps one day I shall sing it." -Alfknutr speaking to Redwick and Threland
"There are many mysteries of the world. Perhaps the Sea-kings simply turned to stone...and in this age the statues stir to life and go forth clad in rusty green and brown."
