Rosibelle has long, straight light brown hair that falls down to her waist and light brown eyes. Her skin is pale, her cheeks always seem to have a pink tinge to them. She is mostly seen wearing dresses, but can occasionally be spotted in a traveling attire consisting of leggings and a tunic. She looks to be very young, in her late teenage years and no older. She is extremely flirty and a very bubbly and cheerful girl, usually very talkative to strangers and friends alike.

She comes from money, and she tends to dress like it. She likes attention and she likes people to look at her, and Rosibelle doesn't care at all if people know she has money or not. She tends to view herself above others. Her hands are soft and she clearly isn't someone who works with them.
