Bruuce is a courteous and courageous dwarf who was among the first to have come across Skorgrim's body the same day he met Gimli who trained him as a Guardian. He never trusted Gormr due to his family background linked to Skorgrim and his racist hate of the Elves for Bruuces best friend Crystopher was a Human bore from the line of Xbeus, also known as "The Red Wizard". Bruuce was from a wealthy family and he always shared his good fortunes with Crystopher and his Grandfather Xbeus for they were always kind to him. In fact it was Crystopher who saved his life and taught him how to fight. Bruuce helped Crystopher save his daughter, Jinoa, from the evil Erik Amundrud. Now he travels Middle Earth seeking adventure with his new found family which oddly enough consists of an Elf, a human and a young hobbit.

Bruuce keeps his hair and beard trimmed, unlike most dwarves, so he may stand close to the fire as he aspires to be a great cook and does not wish to smell burnt hair when he cooks.
