SA  750:
[Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Eregion” not found] is founded under the rule of Celeborn and Galadriel; construction begins on [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Ost-in-Edhil” not found], its capital city. The [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Gwaith-i-M%C3%Adrdain” not found] is formed, with [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Celebrimbor” not found] at its head.
 

Ca. SA 1200:
The mysterious [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Annatar” not found] comes to Eregion and begins to teach the Gwaith-i-Mirdain secrets of jewelcraft.
 

SA 1292:
Mallengil of Nargothrond marries Ivrellinn of Lindon.
 

Ca. SA 1350:
Celeborn and Galadriel leave for Lothlórien. Celebrimbor becomes lord of Eregion.
 

SA 1358:
Mallengil and Ivrellinn settle in Ost-in-Edhil.
 

SA 1362:
Galvaethor and Istarwen are born to Mallengil and Ivrellinn.
 

SA 1448:
Hurvíriel is born to Mallengil and Ivrellinn.
 

SA 1500:
The [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Rings_of_Power” not found] are constructed with the help of Annatar. Later, Annatar leaves Eregion.
 

SA 1581:
Gwairúthiel is born to Mallengil and Ivrellinn.
 

SA 1590:
Celebrimbor crafts the [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Three_Rings” not found] of the elves.
 

SA 1600:
In Mordor, Annatar crafts the One Ring in secret. As he puts it on his finger, the elves of the Gwaith-i-Mirdain realize the deceit they have fallen to: he is revealed to be none other than Sauron. The elves hide the other rings of power in defiance against his claim to them.
 

SA 1697:
[Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Sack_of_Eregion” not found]. Ost-in-Edhil is razed by the forces of Sauron. Mallengil and Ivrellinn are slain in the defense; Celebrimbor is captured and tormented to death. Sauron's forces can only be slowed because of the dwarves of Khazad-Dûm, who fall into the back of the orc hordes in a surprise attack, but retreat into their halls and close the western gate when they have done what they can. Elrond brings the survivors of Eregion northwards and founds the refuge of Imladris. The children of Mallengil and Ivrellinn, still in shock over the loss of their parents, decide to settle there.
 

SA 3431:
The hosts of Gil-Galad and Elendil, forming the [Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Last_Alliance_of_Elves_and_Men” not found], arrive in Imladris and stay for three years to craft armour and make plans. Galvaethor decides to join the march on Sauron.
 

SA 3434:
[Freelinking: External target “http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Battle_of_Dagorlad” not found]. The Last Alliance defeats the hordes of Mordor and is able to press on against the Morannon and begin the siege of Barad-dûr, but suffers enormous casualties. Galvaethor is incapacitated and returns to Imladris with other wounded.
