Twenty-fourth Rush - Something Wicked Comes This Way

"Wake up you bloody sleepy Elf!" Edstan's voice ringed painfully in my ears. I cringed and woke from my trace-like sleep, still bothered and disturbed about the dream. Annoyed at the sudden waking, I grabbed a pile of leaves and threw them at Edstan with a quick flick of my wrist. Not initially expecting my reaction, Edstan spluttered as a few leaves hit his face, and we both laughed at the humour.
"Dove, if you're gonna hit me with leaves, best do it in a formal, simplified manner, and not like a wild beast." He snorted, chuckling.
"Well, at least you shall know better." I laughed. Edstan didn't seem to be quite the bad fellow at all, though still rude and undignified. Minyelaírë called out in a sharp bark.
"Edstan! Daerundros!"
"What?" we yelled back. Minyelaírë pointed at something hidden.
Something moved in the bushes, and immediately I and Minyelaírë jumped up, clutching our weapons.
Sensing something crouching by my foot, I took my scimitar, and cleanly stabbed at what appeared to be a man dressed in dark raiments. The man yelled in pain, and others leapt forth from the dark woods, revealing something wicked that was coming this way. Before long we were surrounded by an inlux of shadowy figures.

((Up to here it's for the other five travellers to decide what happens next ^^))
