Now endowed with the Thain's authority to act against Lotho Sackville-Baggins, the company of Hobbits and Dwarves is on its way to Needlehole, where Frimsi Gembeard and his merchant companions are setting up the Dwarven Caravan Market—a bold attempt at rekindling trade and rallying support from the locals.
Though the Chief's Men patrol the roads and Lotho's grip remains firm, the folk of Needlehole have not forgotten their former neighbours, nor the travelling Dwarves who once brought goods and stories from afar.
As the two groups of agitators prepare to reunite, their shared goal is clear: win the trust of the townsfolk, reopen the western road, and prove that resistance to the Chief can take root even in the far corners of the Shire.
This is an unscripted roleplaying event, co-hosted by the Blue Mountains Regiment and Durin's Folk; it is open to characters of all levels from those two kinships and the Hobbitry.
The narrative takes place in and around the Chief's Shire, a player-made setting that explores the state of the Four Farthings under Lotho Sackville-Baggins' rule.
