Lóriengwaith

Under leaves of gold and Yavanna's grace weaved, under stars high above, under Elbereth's gaze there we walk. Where we walk there is light and where we step there is life. Come strider of many roads and walk with us through many nights until the final dawn awakes.

Lóriengwaith Cuvuiën-en Laurelindórenan, (Elves of Lórien and the awakening of the Golden Woods), is a gathering of fine and honest elves who seek not only shelter and peace but aswell wisdom and friendship.

Celenÿar Nimlaïwen and her youngest Daughter Nimlarië came forth to Lórien and thus they made it their home. Celenÿar, well known among the Galadhrim was offered a home within Caras Galadhon, and yet she was grieved for she had seen how orcs roam across the lands and how the dark the woods beyond the Anduin were. And there was quarrel among the elves, especially among the Noldor and Teleri...

So she sat down and pondered and three days passed until she came forth with a bidding to the elves of Lórien and to the Lord and Lady: That there should be a clan, an order, a family within these woods, without quarrels and without troubles. And all who were feeling the same wish as Celenÿar, were welcomed to join and to build up what is now called Lóriengwaith ó Cuvuiën-en Lórien - The Elves of the Golden Woods and the awakening of Lórien.
