Within the Keep of Tinnudir, Lord Moralphon Helcharon and Uzbad Omali Whitebeard sign the Charter of Oath of the Thatrajân, renewing the strong alliance between the Blue Mountains Regiment and the Order of The Northern Watch. Each leader swears that they will answer each other's calls for aid and will uphold their friendship in their fight against the remnants of the Enemy.
Upon signing the Charter, Lord Moralphon called for a moment of silence, so that both groups could remember their fallen kin.
