Chronicle Content
A rumour had started that there was some unrest in Combe. A few lumber workers had quit their jobs due to reduced hours. A family had gone into mourning, but the dead man's identity was kept quiet except among Combe locals.
Greengrove, an odd forester who often wore magnificent green attire had been seen gallivanting around the area lately with a strange dark hooded man known around Bree by his wicked looking Southern style blade, and the tattered lute oft on his back or being played in the Prancing Pony.
Something was afoot, and among Bree any trouble was worthy of town gossip.
Avid investigators found themselves drawn to Combe, whether on purpose, or by chance as these mysteries and their answers were pursued.
