Mayor Will Whitfoot is widely (pun intended) regarded as the fattest hobbit in the Shire. He happily gives speeches at festivals and and celebrations of any sort, particularly when there are great quantities of vittles to be eaten. Be certain to catch the Mayor in action at the annual Farmer's Faire in Bywater.
