Dear diary,
Yesterday I spent time with Rilla, Tobbias, Silwë, Aurandel, and Airingil... in the Shire, of all places! It's most unusual for elves to be in the Shire, and we certainly got a lot of disapproving looks from nosey old hobbits; Rilla and I didn't care about that at all! We're the adventuring sort, so we're used to it!
We spent time in the Green Dragon, which was rather quiet as most hobbits were at that OAKS party over in Oldfurlong! Rilla and I played music for our elven friends, followed by a game of riddles; of course, the elves couldn't outwit us hobbits, but they certainly gave it their best shot!
The evening flew by so quickly, as time tends to do when you're having fun... but I certainly hope we can share many more joyful times together!
