Requiring a torch

When I was wandering through Eryn Lasgalen during the night, I was lucky to find an abandoned torch on the ground. I am used to the dark forest, as I have had a lot of adventures in it, but it is another thing, wandering around there without a torch.
The torch lay abandoned in the middle of the path. I wonder if it was from someone, even though there was no one to be seen, nor I didn't find any tracks. To the person who left the torch there, I hope you are doing well and may the stars be with you.
