No More Death

The Black Steel found the stolen goods, but as they approached, they were ambushed by the Easterlings. However, the Easterlings went down easy, too easy. That is when they discovered that these were slaves, trying to return home after their master had been killed in the war, and they were only trying to scare the company off so they could get away. It was a shock, especially to see those who they were killed were young men and women and not the soldiers they'd expected them to be. However, the elder of the group said they can take the supplies as long as they can have the wood from the carts to make a boat and then there would be no more death. The Black Steel accepted the offer as well as receiving some gifts, that belonged to the Easterling warlord and that the slaves had no use for, on the terms that the company would try to bring about peace with them and not use them for senseless killing.
