One life ends, another is spared.

There he stand, cleared of all sins...

The man sits by a small, fragile tree... Covered by the shade of the leaves he holds a small, red book... The whistling wind blowing his swept back hair over his face. The calm and gentle atmosphere devoures him as he scans the pages. The way he once lived and enjoyed has come back to him, a fresh start has begun...

Many shadows scattered behind him, though one catches his eye... He gently places the open book into the shadow cast on the grass, turning around to see his once good friend and smiling slightly, before he see's the knocked back arrow held firmly to the mans weapon... His face drops, though curiousity still lingers.

Before his mouth opens his brain snaps back a thought to the death of his once loyal General, Goddefrid who was helplessly murdered... The evidence was brutally against this man, though that man who was in clear target of the bow... Only he knew the truth...

Without a choice this man lunges at the man who's thoughts cannot be twisted, even if the victim is completely innocent, he still fights for survival....

He lunges and hits the bowman succesfully in the weak arm, though shortly after receives a blow from the sharp sword the bowman beholds... His right arm is weak, his vision blurred... Though he still fights. Taking blow after blow he falls to the ground, looking up to his killer, 'vengeance seeker'...

The killer speaks few words, few muffled words before plunging the sword into the mans stomach...

He looks up to the sky as the sword runs through his body, blood starting to trickle through his lips, he smiles... a small, weak smile.. with very low, painful words, "Thank you" before flopping to the ground, lifeless... the smile fixed to his cold face and the life faded from his eyes before his killer.

Dalgaroth was finally at peace, able to meet the one person he cherished and loved throughout his whole life... The one person that kept him feeling 'alive'.... His sister, Lieve Averay... The gem in his life will return to him once again... In the After-Life~~~
