Background
The backstory of the Council of Merchants is not a simple one, in fact, it had started with an exile from Rohan. He had not wished to live in Bree, despite the fact that was one of the only places he could've lived in, however, he had adapted, and gotten a good job to support his new life. He had started to work for a Abelor and so, within time, he had started to get a new idea. A great idea. He wanted to make a council of particular merchants that had good businesses. He wished to start a meeting to converse with these merchants, to hear their issues, to resolve them, and propose propositions to gain more coin. This, as short as a backstory as it is, should explain the goals of the Council, and to see that it will be effective as the weekly market that was started some months ago. Hopefully, in time, the meetings of the council will grow. And the Council, itself, will grow.
OOC DETAILS:
We are a new kin that focuses upon heavy, lore-friendly Rp, that will hopefully head outside the Prancing Pony, and in Bree all-together, and will encourage others to join in trade/business related Rp. We'll have our weekly meetings upon Friday at 4:00 EST/servertime and will be at the kinhouse, once we get it. I'll update this page after the kin grows and so on. If anyone is interested in joining, please contact Sigebyrht, ingame, or on here.
Rules:
1. Please try to be PG-13 in the kinchat, the kin is accepting all ages.
2. No offensive, sexual, nor personal attacks in kinchat either.
3. We try to be as lore-friendly as we can, so that means no Elves, that also means we have a particular recruitment process.
4. Try to avoid any sensitive topics in kinchat, such as politics or religion.
