A picture never tells the whole story.
It is not his child; nor is it hers. Nor are the two currently in a relationship.
(and I messed up his face... ugh. Going to put it up anyway and see if I can stand it tomorrow.
And yes, I just drew this picture because I like messing with people's expectations. Why?)
