My journey to Othrikar has been more than successful. Starting out from Thorin's Hall I traveled south and east through the Shire and into the Breeland first. This leg of the trip was rather uneventful although I found some interesting (albeit human) carvings in ruins on the wayside. I traced them to study them in more detail in my study.
Othrikar on the other hand was a fount of hidden wisdom. They keep old mining records in the town that also contain past transactions, which in turn give leads to old trading routes and abandoned outposts. I have copied a few interesting passages, which I will also have to study.
