Monday Morning

An hour of weapon drills

Monday Afternoon 

Armoured four mile run
3x Twenty five armoured push ups
3x Ten armoured pull ups
Half an hour of weapon drills
Half an hour of free practice against a dummy

Tuesday Morning 

An hour of weapon drills

Tuesday Afternoon 

Weighted march for ten miles, armour, sword, and a pack of equipment.
Half an hour weapon drills 
Half an hour of free practice against a dummy

Wednesday Morning 

An hour of weapon drills

Wednesday Afternoon

Minimum two hours of sparring

Thursday Morning 

An hour of weapon drills

Thursday Afternoon 

Six mile run
3x Fifty push ups
3x Twenty pull ups 
3x Fifty sit ups
Half a mile swim

Friday Morning

An hour bow practice

Friday Afternoon

An hour to two hours Jousting practice
Minimum one hour unarmed sparring

Saturday Morning

An hour of weapon drills

Saturday Afternoon 

Twelve mile run or six mile swim

Sunday Morning 

An hour of weapon drills

Sunday Afternoon 

10x One hundred yard sprints
3x Fifty push ups
3x Twenty pull ups
3x Fifty sit ups
Half an hour of weapon drills
Minimum one hour sparring

Notes

Weapons used are: 
•    Longsword (preferred)
•    Arming sword and shield
•    Poleaxe
•    Warhammer and shield

Sparring is not limited to periods and times listed. Any opportunities that arise will be taken.

His pack on the weighted march will be a minimum of 30lbs, not including his armour or his sword.
