Cases of ailments I treated yesterday and today while father was too busy being passed out in the backroom:
Patient: Eric Bloom
Ailments: Oversized ego and a broken nose
Treatment: Unfortunately I did not dare to crack a hole into his skull to see if piss would come out. Thus his oversized ego remains untreated. The nose I treated with a calming aloe salve after pretending to have ’yanked it back to it’s place’ In truth his nose was where it ought to be. I twisted it only because I wanted to cause him pain after he had squeezed my bum…. It worked. He cried like a child. His tears were a pleasure.
Note to self: Charge extra for defiling my personal space.
Patient: Bradley Bloom
Ailments: Bruised and swollen cheek, another bruise on his jaw. Had lost hearing from his left ear. Appeared confused when asked to tell his name. Replied something along: "Bad..by"
Treatment: Gave him some pepper water and honeyed cinnamon tea. Looked inside his ear, but could not determine why he had lost his hearing. Based on his brother’s description it is likely because someone had kicked the side of his head. I need to see him again after I have done a bit of research. I am not too familiar with the structure of the ear.
Patient: Avery Bloom
Ailments: Anxiety, bruise on his cheek and a torn earlobe
Treatment: Added some aloe salve on the wound under his ear and told him to find a new family.
Patient: Hank Haymoor
Ailments: Swollen cheek with a light wound, splinters in it. Ache in his crotch that didn’t seem to stop.
Treatment: Removed the splinters from his cheek and added some aloe salve. I asked why his crotch was aching. He said a little girl had kneed him. I said he had probably deserved it. …He looked at me like I would have hurt his feelings... I felt nothing in my heart.
Patient: Edlin Haymoor
Ailments: A face that doesn’t resemble a face anymore.
Treatment: I salved and bandaged his entire head. It seemed like the wisest course of action. There were so many wounds and badly swollen bruises. I also kind of wanted to see how he would look like if his head would be a cream white ball with little eyes in the middle. He looked as silly as I had predicted.
Patient: Burke Haymoor
Ailments: Unconscious, carried in by Hank and Edlin Haymoor.
Treatment: I have tried to revive him along the evening with little luck. I am eager to declare him dead to get Hank and Edlin out of the house, but it’s difficult while Burke keeps breathing. Can he not just let us all out the agony of each other’s company?
It's not really the greatest of riddles what has happened to these men. I pondered for a moment about going to The Watch, but then again, their wounds grant me coins. So it shall benefit me if they continue on the path of violence.
