It has been thirteen orr fourteen days since I left to learn some information about those... stones Burwod and Sigfread keep talking about, I went and learned very interesting things but when I returned I learned even more interesting things...
They all joined eager to fight and help those who need it but they act like children! I was away for some days and Sigfread and Athlenah decided to solve a very important disagreement by fighting! And what did that stupid Ranger do? He hit her that hard to re-open her wounds, now she's in bed, waiting to heal, my orders are that she won't leave the bed for two days, if she does I will tie her down on the bed till her wounds fully heal!
And as if that wasn't enough, Burwod told Fengdiel to train, she denied and challenged him to combat, he claims he let her win, she claims he beat him up. I believe that no one, not a single one of them is fit to go out on an expedition, if I take them or send them on one I doubt that they will ever return. Once again, I have been too lenient on them...
Too lenient. No more! Each action has a reaction and every disobedience asks for punishment, I will punish them, each time they do something they shouldn't I will have them do trivial time consuming chores of any kind. If they keep on they punishment will be harder and then they will be cast out. It's all about the quality of the individual after all. Better have five wolves than one hundred jesters!
I have spoken to Fengdiel but something tells me that she won't obey, if she goes after Sigfread I will cast her out, she has to learn to fight alongside her company and not against them. And if I see that man I will have a very serious talk with him, these events tired me. They will all obey or they will be cast out!!
