Looking through memories.

Not able to sleep because of so many things going on in her mind, Carren rises from her bed and sits on the floor and unlocks the chest, she opens it and smiles as she sees things she got when she was younger, a brown and gold leaf she got when she was 5, a drawing she drew when she was 6, a flower she picked when she was 8, she smiles and closes her eyes as the memories fly through her mind.
If only it were still so easy...
She told herself quietly, she closes the chest and goes downstairs for a drink of water.
