Dear notebook

Dear notebook

The sun is slowly spreading it's golden soothing ray upon the mountain wall of the wasteland that once was part of the Kingdom of Rhudaur.
Such a delight to witness a grace so natural in it's own state one can't deny it's purity.
*leans herself to the tree while she opens up her soul to the lenient flare *
The tide has shifted the land that was once beyond reach from the shadows of the war is facing yet again the terror.
*memories from the past few days flickers by while she is looking at her feather pen.
One of them reflects upon when she was packing down her things into wooden crates.
-Nan...
- now now don't you dare snort at me young lady
-Well  fine fine ...let him take the rest..
The tall women with pale blonde hair with silver lining dressed in a cornflower blue threadbare cotton dress walked out while she was ordering a young boy at the wagon " young man.."
Keithia found herself looking at the empty walls with a bleak glint in her eyes before she turned her attention to the crate.
The feeling of being a drift reached out and made her close her eyes for a moment.
She closed the crate before she grabbed the bow and headed out.
Few days earlier she was out in the meadows gathering herbs when a golden brown eagle landed on the ground in front of her.
She has seen the eagle before and gently reached out her hand while she placed the frayed skye basket made of bramble next to her.
- Manen le Edlenn? mhm?
-Tolo .. she smiled gently and got on her knees while the eagle flapped with his wings and stepped into her hand.
- Now let me see what you bring.. *she unattached the note and started to read*
" Keithia
Aníron peded
Meet me at the glade of Chetwood forest
~Aeruthuil"
She reached down to her side pocket and picked up a piece of dried meat and gave it to the eagle.
- We should not let him wait.

The dusk was falling when i reached the leafy glade .
A well known friendly figure stepped out from the secluded shadows .
A tall man dressed in well worn grey traveling clothes with messy dark hair looked upon me with his grey eyes filled with concern , respect and care.
-Anann le ú-gennin mellon nîn  *he smiled warmly and nodded* Mae athollen
-Glassen an achened le mellon nîn *knowing her smile reflected upon his*
-Boe enni dulu ,tolo let us discuss the matter at hand aphado nin.
*she nodded and followed him down the trail that led to the camp deep within the wood*

A threat was lurking within the shadows his band was spread out into different locations and the border to the wilderness east of Bree was unguarded.
We needed to tighten our grip as i found myself agree upon his proposal to assign myself to the task.

An image of her walking down the crocked path that led to the border floated by.
Her mind was at stray so she did not notice the shady figure of a man that was hiding in the cloudy corner of the mountain wall.
He slipped behind her and clutched his arm around her neck in a tight grip.
The sense of decomposed dung filled her lungs while she felt her heart was beating.
"Speak women who do you serve? " His voice was hoarse and filled with disgust.
" I serve no one " she simply replied before she used her elbow and drove it into his stomach .
The attack was a success as the man coughed and bent forward caught by surprise by her sudden move.
She used the moment that was given and swiftly reached down and grabbed the dagger from the boot and plunged the silvery blade right through the man chest.
The man gurgled in pain and whispered " you will all burn" before his breath left him.

Who where they? why the hideous mark? what kind of connection did they have with the wounded girl Aeruthuil had found? What evil plot has set itself in motion?
.... so many questions and so few answers...
She pulled the dagger out and started cleaning it with her shirt while her mind was wandering off.

My dearest notebook
It's the matter of time and who's blood will be spilled .. will it be their's or ours....
