The Departure
Our company stood prepared and awaiting the ambassadors while the early rays of the sun breached the golden forest of Lorien. A company of 25 would depart the realm of the Lady Galadriel and make the arduous journey to Imladris where the Hall of Lord Elrond awaited them. Amongst the Marhwardens protecting the ambassadors I stood, prepared but weak legged because it would be the first steps outside the borders of Lothlorien.
Luckily I would not take the journey alone, for next to his Marchwarden brothers and sisters stood Erolith. We have been friends since childhood and have both been chosen to protect the diplomats on the very dangerous road to Imladris.

Arrival in the Trollshaw
The band arrived in the Trollshaws and decide to rest and take care of the wounded in Echad Candelleth. They send me and Erolith and two other scouts to venture onwards and make sure the path ahead is safe.
"These 'elven lands' are sick.", was my immediate thought. For it is infested by wolves with a fur darker than usual and eyes more menacing than a normal wolf would have. I pressed onwards but once i saw a hulking troll carrying a huge deer on his back i needed to find a safe place. Luck would have it that I spotted a glint through the foliage and soon after discovered it were elves guiding me to a camp located in the ruins of Thorenhad.
Both princes of Lord Elrond were here and they brought with them a group of elves. they would escort us to Imladris in safety. I thanked the princes for their help and made acquaintance with Yrill, Nielinya, Saranasse and Carniquesse who would guide our company to Imladris.
