Journey of the Ranger (Part XIII) Troubles of Stangard

I reached the town of Stangard after about half a day travel from Caras Galadhon. I've been there before in times long past. I was however surprised on how badly shaped the town had become.
Many of the soldiers were wounded or starving. Only a few were able to keep defending it. The townsfolk were short on food.
They told me that the only supply route was blocked off by brigands and that they had trouble maintaining a steady food supply ever since. The hunters of the town were mostly exhausted and underfed. All they had left and everything they obtained would go straight to the women and children, leaving the scraps for the soldiers and hunters. Noble but foolish.

Without their hunters they can not obtain enough food to last. Soon the folk will start dying out because of starvation.
I must help them. I will help them!

I shall stay in Stangard for the coming days to hunt down as many beasts as I can and bring them back to the town.
If I manage to get enough then the hunters will regain their strength and once they do... The town is capable of managing itself. At least for a long while.
I got allot of hunting to do..... Better ready my gear for it.
