„When wearing heavy armour, your agility will inevitably decrease. This is why you need to know how to take blows. When fighting multiple opponents especially, chances are high that you will get hit. Toughen the Hröa by taking blows. After years of training, even powerful hits will not affect you that much, and by additionally wearing heavy armour you will become like a rock standing strong in midst of clashing waves.“
