"How much longer?"

Near the midway point of this pointless challenge, Undómion was beginning to become more or less restless and ill of being stuck in one place...though Ráolor permitted Undómion to move if needed, that in the blinded-ellon's thought did not count. The disturbances from those who witnessed them make these challenges were tolerated…to an extent, were it not that some made him feel mocked and foolish; helpless as well. It may be good for it to happen every now and then, though when one cannot escape from overhearing some words, it becomes tedious. At least, there are some people that can ease the frustration.

...

"Feeling well still...?" Díllothwen asked quietly.
Undómion exhaled out his nose again, "...Perhaps feeling a fire being kindled in again...I suspect a majority of people I have made...'acquaintance' with, know nothing."
Díllothwen sat herself next to Undómion, "A silly game, dear...I rather not have you fall into rage and discomfort just to make another satisfied."
"I still have my dignity..." Undómion fumed.
"I have no doubt about that. You certainly have proved your worth back at home." Díllothwen paused, "...I never expected your kin to be...this..." She thought a little bit.
"A chance for you to learn about my heritage, melleth..." Undómion groaned, "I have full claim being stubborn and pompous like the rest...Though I suppose that is where some acknowledgment from others would be nice. Then again...are we not all hot headed?"
Díllothwen smiled a little bit, "Some more than others. Some...well, I guess like proving their point."
Undómion was silent.
Díllothwen brushed a loose strand of hair behind Undómion's ear, "Everyday brings their challenges, you taught me that...Just we need to let emotions not take control, hm?"
"Of course..."
Díllothwen sighed and embraced him, "My over heated wind..."
Undómion hoped no one else was present, that was the last thing he wanted... "One of those who seems to make mockery of me...I want to question if he is not wood-elf too."
"Would it appease you if I described them to you?"
"You have to see them first... But yes, it certainly would."
Díllothwen stood up after unwrapping her arms, "I will keep a look out for your challenger too."
'How much longer?"
"If my days ring true, three more days."
"...I will be mad by then...No escape from it. And I might not be able to stand either by the time I am free to wander as I please!" Undómion rubbed his face then, "Agh...I will forever be confined here in this hall and this cursed fire!"
Díllothwen turned back around, "If that happens, then I will join too."
"You still have the hawks to see to..."
"They can wait; you are my first, and always will be, priority."
Undómion made a face, "I have my dignity..."
Díllothwen tried hard not to laugh...which the amusement came from Undómion's expression, not his statement, "I will find something to keep you occupied once this nonsense is over."
"I hope the next time you are here the others will be too...I wish you to see how...inconsiderate their 'Lord Ambassador', is."
'Am I the only one allowed to boil your anger for amusement?'
"Yes."
"And I bear that privilege proudly." Díllothwen turned again, "I will return shortly..."

"If shortly means not an age..."
