Location: Prancing Pony
Witnesses: Kahina, Baeldric, Ranger (goes by Man Shrouded in Mystery, can be found 'observing' in the Prancing Pony on regular basis, always hooded and masked), Elf (acquaintance or friend of Man Shrouded in Mystery, dark haired, wields a bow with deadly accuracy)
While having a pleasant bantering with the Man Shrouded in Mystery, he and I were interrupted by a bald man with a scraggly black goatee, clad in black. His presence made me shiver and put all my instincts upon high alarm. A few mere words were enough to make me take hold for my daggers. He had no knowledge of what hobbits were and thought I was a beardless dwarf. After a few words in which he threatened the Man Shrouded in Mystery, he ran off, only to return clad in armor, no doubt hidden under his robes.
A short fight ensued, in which he was brought down by an arrow, shot by the Elf. He reached the door, but could not escape, for he collapsed. I grabbed hold of his weapon, making sure to keep it out of his reach. A short interrogation ensued, in which he mentioned a few things:
He claimed to be Dol Guldurian. Wherever that is, and who knows if this is true. But apparently Man Shrouded in Mystery took it seriously - apparently the bald man would be a kinslayer.
He mentioned a Fallen King of Angmar, to which the elf concluded something about Nazgul. My blood froze at those conclusions - the Dark Riders are but tales in Harad, but if the pointy eared race knows them and tells they are true, then I cannot help but have true fear concerning this man.
Conclusion:
No one is to approach this man. None. If seen, flee, warn those who are with you, or make sure you remain hidden from him. No interaction is to be made with him, unless having no other choice. Those who have a relationship with the Rangers especially, be careful. However, any sightings of him are to be reported to Nighthawk and Baeldric.
