An alliance between the Court of Miracles and the Thieves Guild is hereby announced and declared.
Upon the day this document was written, until the original one is burned, the King and the Wraith have declared that their factions shall be joined in an alliance of friendship and protection. The exchange done for this alliance includes as following:
The Thieves Guild shall be responsible for keeping the Watch off the trail of the Court of Miracles until further notice. They shall keep up open actions against them, hiding the works of the King's folk, until the alliance changes it's terms.
The Court of Miracles shall be responsible of keeping track of the extortion kept up by the Thieves Guild. making sure that the due payments are returned proper to the Wraith and his men.
Here it is declared, here it shall stand until the Alliance is broken and called void.
