((This is no longer canon, I am currently ignoring Langdar for fail rp.))
While on patrol with Officer Sewyn I entered the pony where I encountered a southern man, who later identified himself as “Captain Langdar”. This man was engaged in an argument with Bill Cutting. Mr. Cutting called me over to this dispute asking me to escort the southerner from the bar, at which point I heard Langdar threaten to “Teach [Mr. Cutting] some manners”. I took this as a threat of physical violence and asked Langdar to follow me outside, where I proceeded to issue him with a warning. However, while I was reprimanding Langdar Mr. Cutting passed us as he left the inn which caused Langdar to demand him to stop and give chase. I in turn pursued Langdar. When I caught up with the pair Langder stated the reason he ran was to prevent Bill Cutting from escaping as he believed Mr. Cutting was highly intoxicated. As I saw no sign of this and Langdar had run from me I instructed Mr. Cutting to leave the area so I could finish reprimanding the Langdar. At this point Langdar attempted to bribe me with a bag of gold calling it a “bonus”, which I refused and confronted him about. He denied trying to bribe me and attempted to convince me that there was an “assassin” behind me, which I did not believe. I then asked how much he had to drink, which he didn’t answer. After a few moments Langdar threw a coin at my chest telling me to “have a bonus” and fled. I pursued him into the Prancing Pony, where Mr. Cutter told me I could find the flying man in the back of the inn. After confronting Langdar there he ran into a room where a man and woman were conversing and begged them for aid. The man in fact aided me and seized Langdar from behind and held a knife at his throat and continued to hold it there despite attempts from Langdar to break free, including head butting the man. After several attempts by Langdar to escape I tried to take control of him. However as I was grabbing him he broke free, sending the aiding man crashing into a table and took the woman hostage, putting a knife at her throat. At this point a male dwarf from the adjoining room entered the room to see what the commotion was about, I instructed him to fetch more watchers, however, he responded that he was as strong as 100 watchers and stayed. At this point Langdar moved towards the door and threw his hostage at me who I caught. After a brief chase Langdar was again cornered in the same room, where after much confrontation, during which Langdar assaulted at least on other citizen, Langdar was finally subdued with the aid of the aforementioned dwarf and man and an additional dwarf who came to investigate the noise. I confiscated the prisoner’s weapons, bound his hands and led his to the jail where I placed him in a cell. As I began the paperwork on him he consistently called for a guard for reasons I explained were not cause for a guard. After a short period of this Langdar collapsed, which I suspected immediately as a ruse, however felt that I must investigate in case he was some how injured during his capture. When I entered the cell he managed to overpower me and render me unconscious. He the used my uniform and at least one accomplice to escape. I managed to hear Langdar call one of his accomplices Demeghir, however, I do not know if there were any others or what there names might be.
