Chronicle Content

I would first like to give the very-best of "Thank you"s to Brablo, whom helped us a great deal - as a kinship - in many areas. Many of the ideas, pieces of lore, and dates that will appear have been created, worked on, and polished by Brablo.

The Lives Of
The

Frithdalian Lords

The hall of Frithdal is an old one; not as old as many other Dwarven halls of the world, but certainly one with a most interesting history.
For this reason, I would write on the lives of the Frithdalian lords - all of which have been part of the House of Valantris - and the lives of those around them. I seek to write in such a way, that I may present the different views of scholars from the time period, and their contemporaries: schools of thought, such as those of Hoji the Old, Borgu, Kogin VI, and more.
My aim, purpose, is to spread knowledge, and allow more to find an interest - like that of mine - in the history of Dwarven halls of lesser prestige than those commonly known: Khazad-dum, Erebor and the like.

While I can safely say that I have observed all sources - those kept by House Valantris, and those kept elsewhere - and have compared them in a fair light, I am unable to guarantee if the information I present is of complete accuracy: much of Frithdal's early history, if there was a history before House Valantris, is lost, and therefore I am in no scholarly position to write much on its apparent background. For as much, I will begin by writing on the life of Valantris I 'the Great'.
