I regret to say that I must submit a second resignation. The Watch I once new is not quite what I remember, and as you might know, I have not been able to stick to my patrol assignment due to some health issues I have encountered.
My health is my primary issue at the moment, and it is preventing me from doing what I came here to do: Help the Watch once more. Hell, the days I did patrol, nothing particularly happened, and Watchers I never even came in contact with were able to apprehend those causing trouble in the Stone Quarter, as I hear.
I am sorry I have wasted the time you have given me in the days I was with the Watch, but I must step away. I am in no real condition to do what I'm told, but I'll spare you the details.
