Taking a Report with Townsend - No Follow up Required

A man approaches us just after our patrol today. His initial claim was that he has been assaulted. However, further questioning proved it to be nothing more than a minor bar exchange. A drink got spilled, a punch was thrown (by the man himself) and that was that. Hardly a matter for the Watch to investigate. If we started locking people up for bad manners, I'm afraid we would run out of cell space by lunch! Townsend and I suggested he avoid large drunks in the near future and he went on his way.
