This job appears to be better than I thought. Things are starting to get better, fortunately. The other scribes are actually improving and are putting things where they should be. Finally, some organisation. Calenon appears to be quite impressed with my work, although he does not exactly support my harsh, but fair, methods. Only way to teach them so they don't forget is to be firm. They have to learn! And this is an excellent and a very effective way to. Fear. Best way of getting people to do as you want them to.
