Traders and Elven prisoners

I may be sitting in the safety of the mountain, enjoying my late tea while the others are sent out but that doesn't mean that I'm not worried, or that I won't do anything about what is happening. I will do something too, far from what the others will, do an investigation of my own, find Amrath, I haven't heard from him for quite a while now and I worry. I will wait for the group to leave first before I go.

I sent them to Trestlebridge under the guise of traders. From what they have seen and heard it's reasonable for me to search there. In Kheledul they saw the Dourhands working in the forges and saw some strange men in the ruins North of it, men chanting around a bloody piece of armour, they brought me a letter from the enemy camp also. In the Shire they heard the brigands mentioning Annundir and I saw a map of their route while working with the Dourhands. The group will make the same route and get to Trestlebrige. There they will become one with the people there, become one and find out more. To get them closer to the brigands, if possible, they will have two Elven prisoners... Aeirillen and Aegardhros, they didn't agree at first but they saw my reasoning, if those men see them with such prisoners they may consider them like them. I trust they will do well.

Along with Rothrian I put Mathildah in a high position under her. She has a strong sense of duty and is disciplined enough for what we do. The others are loyal and skilled as well, but they lack such a seriousness. Anriett and Arrowea happily agreed to do it, they see it as a plain adventure I'm afraid, I hope it won't turn out to be something far more dangerous than that. Eredian seemed thoughtful and Tatiania prefers books to experiece, thinking that she can learn more by sitting on the floor reading, rather than swinging a sword. Sarriya... prefers to remain back with Talgoy, but if I see him before the group departs he'll leave with them.

Now I need to get to my tea before it gets cold, I may need to look at some clothes that I have never put on and no one would every think that I would wear. If it comes to going after Amrath I will have to do it. If I have no news of him within two days I will go find him.
